Contractor Administration of Website
This website is administered for OPM by Give Back Foundation (Give Back) through a subcontract with Total Administrative Services Corporation (TASC). As a result, if you choose to provide information to us, OPM will share your information with both Give Back and TASC in order to provide services to you.
Information Collected by OPM's Charity Application System
The Charity Application System does not require a user to submit information to browse the website. The only users who are required to submit contact information are individuals who are authorized to enter and/or submit an application to the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) on behalf of their organization, or users who wish to receive information directly from the Charity Application System.
The Charity Application System collects personal information, such as name, email address, phone number, title, username, only if you specifically and knowingly give it to us. If you consent to provide us with personal information (by providing feedback, asking a question or submitting a CFC application), we use that information to respond to your message and/or to process your application.
We will share the information you give us with third parties such as contractors acting on our behalf or other government agencies as permitted or required by law. Moreover, we do not create individual profiles with the information you provide or give it to any private organizations. We do not collect or use the information you provide to us for commercial marketing.

This information is primarily collected for statistical analysis and technical improvements to the Website. We use software programs to create summary statistics, which may be used for such purposes as assessing what information is of most and least interest, determining technical design specifications, and identifying system performance or problem areas. Except for authorized law enforcement investigations, no other attempts are made to identify individual users or their usage habits. Information we collect may include, but is not necessarily limited to, the following with respect to your charitable organization: name, address, phone number, email address, CFC code, IRS Form 990 information, contact person, and other information provided on CFC applications and related information collections, including your charity application form. We also maintain information about your charitable organization's relationships with us, such bank account information and payment history.
The information above may be obtained from you using various methods which may include information in writing and/or e-mail messages and through telephone and/or internet transactions. OPM does not collect, use, or sell information for commercial marketing. We may share information you give us with contractors acting on our behalf or with another government agency if your inquiry relates to that agency. In other limited circumstances, such as responses to requests from Congress and private individuals, we may be required by law to disclose information you submit. If you provide comments in response to a request for public comments we may make those comments as well as your identity available to the public in a publication or by posting them on our website. Where possible we may give you more specific guidance at the point of collection regarding how your identifying information may be used or disclosed.
All information submitted, including electronically submitted information, is maintained and destroyed according to the principles of the Federal Records Act and the regulations and records schedules of the National Archives and Records Administration and in some cases may be covered by the Privacy Act and subject to the Freedom of Information Act.
