This World Wide Web site (the "Website") is an interactive portal offered by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management ("OPM") to charitable organizations, their authorized agents and employees, to apply and qualify for participation as a recipient charitable organization with respect to the donation facilitation services that we provide to individual donor end users. Use of the Website and all related services is governed by and expressly conditioned upon your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Use and your Charity Application Form.
